As part of Horra’s strategy, Horra Real Estate PLC was established 2008. The Company has acquired different plots of land in prime locations in Addis Ababa to construct, sale and/rent luxury apartments and commercial units and provide property management services.  

Recently Horra has entered into the real estate development business by acquiring plots of lands in different critical locations.  Currently, it has projects in Sarbet, Bole-Mini, Lebu and African Union areas in Addis Ababa.
